Makers Meet: Behind the Scenes Experience

By attending the Makers Meet to be held on May 8, 2026 (“Event”) without expectation of any payment, now or in the future, you consent for Trivantage, LLC and our media partners, permitted customers, and affiliates (“we”, “us”, “our”), to use your name, image and likeness and/or any interview statements from you related to or arising from the Event (“Content”). We may use the Content in any format or media anywhere in the world and in perpetuity. This Consent includes the following: 1. Your permission to interview, film, photograph, tape, or otherwise make a video reproduction of you and/or record your voice; 2. Your permission for us to reproduce, distribute, publish, display, publicly perform, copy, or use the Content alone or in materials we create (“Materials”). We may edit, alter, or modify the Content as needed to fit in with the Materials. You agree that you do not have the right to approve the Materials or where we use them. We agree to hold you harmless from any claims alleging violations of intellectual property rights of a third party related to our use of the Materials. This Consent is governed by the laws of North Carolina and contains the entire understanding between us related to the Content and Materials. It may not be changed unless agreed to by you and us. Your attendance at the Event will be considered an agreement to these terms and permission to use the Content as described above.
